We never display your full credit card number once it has been entered. We will only reveal the last four digits of your credit card for verification purposes. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing. We urge you to protect your own privacy. We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone or share your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.

The Pet Set accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Credit and debit cards are charged at the time the order is placed. The purchaser is responsible for entering all payment information in correctly. Any missing information or incorrect information will cause an order to be cancelled. The purchaser will be supplied with receipt of payment via email (for credit card purchases only). Please keep these records and your invoice on hand for future reference. We accept money orders, personal or business checks (made payable to "The Pet Set LLC"). However, due to substantial banking fees, orders will not begin processing until the check/money order has cleared. We highly recommend sending mailed payments CERTIFIED, but it is not required. Bounced checks will be assessed a $35.00 charge.

Price changes and availability information are subject to change without notice. Most orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the order placement, except for engraved personalized stationery, which will require a minimum 10-day lead-time prior for delivery. It is possible that an item may become out of stock before it can be marked as such on the website. Any out of stock items in your order will be cancelled. We do not hold your order until out of stock items are available. Shipping charges will be adjusted. You will never be charged more for shipping than the original order, only less.

Occasionally you may be issued coupon or discount codes. These codes may be entered in the order form and the discounted amount will be subtracted from your total. All discounts or coupons are one use only. The store software will not detect whether or not a coupon code has been used by you before, but we will verify coupons when we receive an order. If you use a coupon code more than once, the discounted amount will be added back to your total.

If you are shipping within the United States, the shipping and handling charges will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the table below. For your protection, each package is shipped fully insured with signature confirmation required.

You have the ability to track your UPS orders. Please make sure the delivery address is correct as errors cause delays. We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses and do not ship COD.

Shipments to Canada may be processed via our secure shopping bag. Please allow an additional week for delivery beyond the time frame stated within each item's description.

Merchandise shipped to a New Jersey address or purchased by a New Jersey resident are subject by law to 7% sales tax.

We will be happy to make an exchange or credit to your credit card account for any unused items you are not completely satisfied with, within 30 days of shipment of purchase. Payments made by check or money order may take a bit more time to process, as we must make sure that these forms of payment have cleared our bank. Credits to Credit Cards will only be processed to the original card used for the purchase. Credits cannot be made to substitute cards. Refunds, when applicable will only be made by original form of payment. Beyond the 30 days period, Return Authorization numbers are granted at the discretion of The-PetSet.com at the time of inquiry and a 25% re-stocking charge may/may not apply. Exception to this policy is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have any concerns regarding our policy, please contact us. Should you have the need to return merchandise, please note the following requirements. Omission of any of these details is cause for the merchandise to be returned to you: - Contact Us for a Return Authorization Number.
- Please indicate the reason for your return on the original" Packing Slip and enclose with the merchandise you are returning.
- For your protection, we suggest you insure and return your package with a shipper who utilizes tracking information, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accompanying materials, in perfect saleable condition.

- Your return must be postmarked within 30 days (commencing from the date you receive your order).
- The Pet Set reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition.
- Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at the purchaser's expense unless the item shipped from our location is not correct as ordered or arrives damaged due to poor packing from our location. ("Return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item
- Standard shipping and handling charges (a restocking fee) apply to any returned or refused orders.
- Personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Other claims may be directed to carrier based on individual circumstances. - Waiving of any of the shipping charges is at the discretion of The-PetSet.com and is decided on a case-by-case basis.

If you receive an item that is damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will be happy to correct the problem. Lost, Undeliverable or Refused Packages Should your order not arrive within its approximate delivery time frame, please contact us. You must notify us within 30 days of the approximate delivery indicated within the item's description. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time. Undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping and handling fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. The above information is provided as a guideline for returning products to The Pet Set. Returns under special circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
